Maurizio Cavalieri, Development and General Business Consultant, achieved the Bachelor in Political Science at the University of Padua in Italy.                                                                            Mr. Cavalieri developed his expertise across multiple sectors. The first fifteen  years of his career have come and gone particularly in two areas:

- Music Industry, in which he achieved international success with many American and European    artists and labels. In total, his production company has sold more than 3 million records .

- Executive in a  Advertising Company specialized in building mega stands for international 

  show , for clients such  General Motors, Fiat, Campari, Agip, Eni.

Moved to South Florida in 1993, he founded Three60 Inc, a Consulting Company for foreign investors and developers helping them to start their initiatives and projects.

As Developer Consultant Mr. Cavalieri  contributed to develop and build  over 500 residential units, Hotels, Office Building, with a sellout of more than 300 M, and to opening numerous commercial and industrial initiatives as chain restaurants, retail stores.

His experience in South Florida  allows clients   to  solve the most complicated technical , bureaucratic  and construction situations.
